We invite neighbors and friends of CPI to gather a few Sunday evening a month at the newly established CPI headquarters building at 3642 W. Eighth St. These are informal, lightly organized social gatherings that demonstrate care and commitment to the space as we position ourselves to steward these properties and integrate further into the neighborhood. As we break bread and forge bonds with each other, CPI will also share updates on progress with the properties we acquired along Enright Ave. and seek input from the community.

We welcome you to bring something to share, whether that’s a prepared dish, harvest from your garden, artisan & cottage goods, music and stories, or whatever your wildcard talent is! Weather permitting, we may move outside and have a fire, or go tour & forage at the Icehouse garden.
