Have you been interested in Sourdough but are intimidated by all the steps, the terminology, the starter itself? In this class I will teach you everything you need to know from mixing your dough, stretch and folds, shaping, scoring and baking. I will give you tips and tricks to navigate the terminology of Sourdough. You will leave with the confidence and knowledge you need to start your Sourdough journey and to start baking your own beautiful loaves and baked goods in no time.

You will also receive an organic starter that I’ve been using for nearly 2 years and that originated in San Francisco, the modern day home of sourdough. A nourishing lunch will also be provided.

Facilitator: Maddeline Lanning

Date: March 23rd, Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
