Howie Zuefle facilitates community discussions on relational wellness with topics such as:

• body, centering, movement and rest

• elements like water, soil/earth, sun, food, fire

• avoidance, numbing, addiction

• story, voice

• community/tribe and intergenerational relation

• Local ecological connection, co-creation, and resilience

Open to anyone interested. Suggested donation of $10-20 (goes toward CPI to fund the Corner Commons).
